1. What is included with an indoor teepee party?
Teepee parties include: a standard teepee hire with a bed for each child (including: foam mattress, pillow, bed sheet, fleece blanket and a bed tray), battery-operated tea lights and accessories to match the selected theme.
Pamper parties additionally include electric foot spa hire and a sleep mask (non-personalised), nail varnish and bath bomb to keep for each child. Personalised accessories can be added as optional extras.
2. What is included with a bell tent hire?
NOTE: Bell tent hire is only available from May to September.
Tent with beds: Bell tent hire with up to 8 beds (including: foam mattress, pillow, bed sheet, fleece blanket and a bed tray), outdoor matt and indoor rugs, battery-operated tea lights and accessories to match the selected theme.
Picnic tent: Bell tent hire with a luxe picnic setup inside the tent (including: low table, plastic cups, dining plates and cutlery), outdoor matt, indoor rugs, scatter cushions, battery-operated tea lights and accessories to match the selected theme.
3. What is included with the luxe picnic party setup?
NOTE: Outdoor picnic setup is only available from May to September. Indoor setup is available all year round.
Low table and party setup for 6-8 guests including: plastic cups, dining plates and cutlery, outdoor rugs, scatter cushions and accessories to match the selected theme.
Our parties include soft furnishings which are unsuitable for wet weather conditions. Please ensure that the intended location for your party is sheltered, even if the forecast doesn't call for rain.
4. What is included with a VIP wedding kids' corner?
Wedding setup includes a double-lace teepee, low table, scatter cushions, childrens' books, games and toys for a range of ages and accessories to match the wedding colours (subject to availability). We will work with you to design a package that suits your requirements.
Standard teepees: each teepee with a mattress is 92cm (3ft) wide and 2m (6.5ft) deep, with a recommended additional 40cm for a tray. We can adjust the layout according to your space.
Double-lace teepee: at least 1.22m (4ft) in diameter and a height of 2.14cm (7ft) is needed
Bell tent: at least 7m (23ft) in diameter is needed for the tent and pegs
Luxe picnic setup: at least 3.65m x 2.75m (12ft x 9ft) for the picnic table and seating
NOTE: Additional space may be needed for optional extras such as balloons or equipment hire.
6. How long does it take to set up?
Indoor teepee parties: typical setup time is 30-60 min.
Luxe picnic parties: typical setup time is 1-2 hours.
Bell tents and wedding corners: typical setup time is 2-3 hours.
NOTE: setup times may be longer if there are site-specific challenges (parking, non-ground floor location, etc.).
Our standard hire period is 24 hours.
2 day weekend hire (Friday - Sunday) is available for an additional charge of £50.
Same day collection can be arranged for outdoor picnic party events. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is a requirement, so that we can plan our schedule accordingly.
8. Do you charge for delivery, setup and collection?
No, this is included in our standard service.
9. Can I make changes or add extras after my booking?
Yes. Extras such as karoke or projector hire can be made up to 24 hours before the event. Changes to the theme, number of guests or requests for premium add-ons such as custom accessories or balloon arches can be accepted up to 7 days before the event.
We are located in Macclesfield, Cheshire, UK and cover a travel radius of approximately 45-50 minutes from our location.
Yes, we can support parties with up to 2 themes, such as to accomodate different ages or genders or birthdays for 2 children.
12. Is there a minimum number of teepees?
The minimum number of teepees for an indoor teepee party is 2 standard teepees or 1 double-lace teepee.
13. Can a bell tent be set up on artificial grass or hard surfaces?
Unfortunately not. Our bell tents are secured with pegs driven into the natural ground. Artificial grass, especially if laid over hard surfaces or with protective membrane, does not allow pegs to be used without damaging the turf or the drainage system. Without pegs, we are unable to secure our bell tent safely.
After you contact us, we will confirm availability on your requested date and provide a written quote via email or messenger. We require a non-refundable £20 deposit to secure your date. This payment should be made within 24 hours of our quote to guarantee availability. Payment of the final balance is due 7 days before your event.
15. What payment methods do you accept?
We are happy to accept secure online payments by debit or credit card through our payments provider Stripe. We also accept payments via bank transfer.
